THE FRENCH CLASS POLICY
• A minimum of 4 students is required to open a group class
as scheduled. In order to avoid canceling classes, any group class
of less than 4 students may be shortened.
• The French Class is not responsible for changes in students
work or schedule.
• Cancellation for group classes registrations must be made
during working hours the Saturday before classes begin.
• The fee for attending one group class without being enrolled
in the entire 8 week session is $30.
MAKE UP POLICY FOR ABSENCES
• Students must be enrolled in a complete 8 week session
in order to make up a class.
• Students enrolled in levels 1 through 4 are entitled to
2 free half hour private make-up classes.
• Subsequent make-ups are encouraged in a group class or
at the courtesy rate of $15 per 1/2 hour. • Make-ups must
be canceled 24 hours in advance or charges will apply.
• Making up classes in another group class of the same level
and topic is free for students of every level and encouraged for
each class missed within the same session and while enrolled in
a complete 8 week session.
• Make-ups in classes of different topics or level are not
allowed.
REFUND AND CREDIT POLICY
• If The French Class cancels a class, students may transfer
to another class or receive a full refund.
• We are sorry, we cannot give refunds or credits after
the first day of class.
• A $30 processing fee is applied to all refunds or credits.
• Books and memberships are non-refundable.
• Group class tuition cannot be transferred to private classes
after the first day of class.
• No refunds, credits or make-ups for: missed workshops,
4 week classes, intensive courses or absences during an 8 week
session taken previously.
